TURMERIC RECIPES

Turmeric has been a staple of the India diet for centuries. As turmeric has a bitter taste it isn’t used in large quantities in turmeric recipes. It is more of a complimentary ingredient and very often goes with curry. For the same reason turmeric tea usually has sugar or honey added. Turmeric recipes that are very common include turmeric tea, turmeric chicken and other turmeric curry dishes.
